From Idea to Product - The Approach
Turning your idea into a scalable product is a long process that needs a lot of effort and commitment. Having built and scaled multiple B2B and B2C products, our team continuously refines our product management methodologies. Product Ideation
You have identified a pressing problem for a large group of people and want to solve it with your product. Great. You’re at a good start point. But, having a one liner idea is not enough. We will collaborate with you to brainstorm your idea by applying our team’s experience and refine the problem statement. We will guide you with idea validation techniques to laser focus your target customer segment.
Wireframing & Design
Before we write the code, we will design the low-fidelity wireframes to help you understand the app features. Once wireframes are approved, we will convert them into UI/UX design and clickable prototype in Figma. At this point you can see how your product will look like.
Development
Features are classified into Sprints. We will collaborate with you to pick user stories for the particular sprint. Each sprint will last a week or two. During this time, our developers will pick each user story and write code to turn them into reality. Daily Standups meetings are conducted everyday to ensure the development is on track, and there are no bottlenecks.
Sprint Demo
After the sprint development, a sprint demo is scheduled with all stakeholders to show what the team has built durint the sprint. This is when you see the real output and it is an opportunity to review, and think ideas to further improve the product.
Launch
A typical product development lasts anywhere from three to four months. After development, our team will deploy the finished product to a scalable cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure and publish the mobile apps to Google Playstore or iOS Appstore. Your Product is Live!
Maintain and Improve
As you acquire users and talk to them to get feedback to improve your product, Logidots will keep monitoring your product for bugs, outages etc and also act as the Tech Support provider to your customers. This phase ensures you to focus on your business while we take care of the technology and maintenance.
