We are happy to introduce a permanent ‘Work From Anywhere’ model for our team. With this hybrid model, employees are given the flexibility to work from their home or anywhere as per their choice. When we moved to home at the begining of pandemic in March 2020, we were worried about it’s impact and how it will affect the team’s productivity. Now it has been almost 2 years since our entire team started working from home and this has been the most productive and innovative period since we started. With this new policy, we’ll be able to hire employees from any part of the world, irrespective of their location, thus by giving access to even wider talent pool.

The term Digital Nomad is increasingly getting popular and more employees are moving to this lifestyle which offers flexibility to work from any country or location of their choice. people who are location-independent and use technology to perform their job, living a nomadic lifestyle. Guess what, several countries have started offering Digital Nomad visa.
As part of this policy, Logidots will also host regular company-sponsored meetups multiple times a year to foster team bonding and collaboration.
